Engine code kfw 1.4 furio front wheel bearing change and size/type

    So I have looked at posts to do with this and also a guide but halfway down there seemed to be a disagreement with how it was done, now I'm not new to DIY mechanics tbh Iv done a fair bit over the past few years (surprised myself tbh as it's all been done with no help and just your guides) so I'm looking for someone just to maybe reply with like a step by step (write up only) summary of how to change one so I can just see if I'm going to succeed or write off my car sorry if this has actually been covered and I've missed it!

    whip the strut off, there are guides already out there for this if you search. Then take it a garage who have a hydraulic press and get the old one pressed out, and new one pressed in. They should do it for under £20.
    Failing that buy a good used strut of the same type as your own thats got a good bearing and refit

    Ahhh so it is fair easy then and yeah I have searched but I guess it wasn't in depth enough apologies on that cheers for the reply mate

    its easy enough.
    You'd need to take the top 3 nuts off that secure the top mount to the strut tower (noting their position).
    Undo the track rod end nut and remove that,
    remove the arb drop link if your car has then,
    undo the 2 bolts and remove the caliper and suspend properly as not to stretch the brake flexi,
    remove the disc by undoing the retaining screws and lift off the hub.
    undo the pinch bolt that secures the strut/hub to the ball joint and then split the ball joint from the strut (levering the wish bone down usually will be enough here but you can buy a ball joint splitter for this job if you so wish or if the ball joint is old and corroded in very well).
    Then you can lift the strut out to take to a garage
