Dash vibration

   Just wondering if anyone else that has fitted a powerflex poly gearbox mount bush has a loud vibration from around the clocks when the engine is idling from cold?
   Mine does but it goes away when its warmed up. Checked the clocks and all the shrouds and covers around them and the steering column and they aint loose.

   It is normal for your car to vibrate more when solid mounts are fitted mate,
   When I had my fully solid bottom gearbox mount made (out of a lump of aluminium) and when I fitted that you couldn't see out of the rear view mirror on idle it vibrated that bad! Was awesome till it broke my gearbox hahah! But yeah it's nothing to worry about dude

   Thanks mate. I dont mind it but it scares the doo doo out of the mrs when she drives it! lol!

   Mine does this too, planning on remove the surround and place some electrical tape along the joins so its no longer plastic rubbing on plastic.
