Important! : locked ecu?

   Theres no immob light on dash when cranking over, but fuel pump doesnt prime and theres no voltage what so ever going to the coil pack across all 4 pins, apparently when I bought the ecu it was unlocked, engine is a 2002 vts and the car is a 2001 furio, anyone have any ideas? Cheers
