Squealing VTR noise (with video)

    My 03 VTR has recently started making a squealing noise from the front end of the car. This only happens in 1st gear when accelerating fairly hard from standstill, otherwise it can't be heard when idling, cruising, accelerating or braking in any other gear.

    I've checked the exhaust/cat/manifold/heat shield and they are all on tight. Any ideas on what this noise could be? Video of the noise below.

    Lose alternator belt. Adjust it so it's tighter or replace it too if it's cracked and tired
