Break fluid leak

   Went to drive from home this morning to find a puddle of break fluid on the floor and a very soft breal pedal, it was fine all day yesterday but now it has completely emptied and is undriveable, anyone know what could have been the cause? cheers

   Where was the leak?
   
   Probably one of the flexis has ruptured

   As above or a rotten pipe. You'll have to check all the pipe work out. Where the puddle was will give to the rough area

   Ok its coming from the rear left drum, slowly dripping. I read somewhere it might be a knackered cylinder or just a washer thats rotten

   If it's the drum it's nearly always the cylinder that's gone.
   
   They arnt expensive or hard to change ( until it comes to bleeding the system)
   
   Just make sure you have not got any brake fluid on the shoes, if you have then you will need to replace those aswell
