As per title, my Saxo diesel sometimes hesitates briefly for about a second under 2,000rpm and then picks up fine. Its only happens every 3 or 4 trips and I can't seem able to make it do it. I've tried Diesel Magic thinking possible injector but could it be MAP/MAF sensor? Not sure which one has it got. Where do I find it to give it a clean? Or any other ideas? Many thanks.

#10People are selling EGR valves for Saxo diesels on ebay so I presume they have them. Are they easily located? Are they cleanable or must it be replaced? Cheers

#11Anyone? Car is taking a couple more turns to start now, and it's happening within first 2/3 miles from cold every time.

#13Many thanks welshpug. I have fuel pipe leak, letting air in and fuel out on the pipe from the manual priming pump to what looks like the top of the fuel filter. Can I simply replace this hose with a new bit, pump the manual priming pump a bit and then car will start? Anything else I need to do? Cheers.
