Dummy damper question

  1. #1
Being an absolute twonk, I didn't take any measurements when I took my axle apart, and now I need to stick it back together while I sort out my recon from IMaxles

Does anyone know what distance I would need to set a dummy damper to get my axle back to standard? or even better, lowered 35mm from standard?

just a 1.1 saxo so its a drum brake axle

If the beam is back on the car, then the measurement from the uppermost part of the wheel arch to the uppermost lip of the hub centre nut should be 400 to 410 standard across all models. Set it to 365 or 375 for your drop which will be between 35 and 45 mm.
