injector plug

   had engine management light pop up randomly on way to work like quarter way into journey, to thought its prob the lambda sensor as it was running fine, but has been using a lil too much petrol recently.
   
   but anyway got home and stuck code reader on it came back with injector electrical plug, or something close to that.
   checked the injectors and plug 4 was hanging off not quite unplugged but was if you get me.
   
   my problem is surely if that plug was unplugged that injector wouldn't work and the car would run like crap????

   Yep your correct there , if the plug was slightly off it wouldnt make contact and the injector wouldnt fire so that would cause to run like crap

   That's the thing it was off but was running fine was accelerating fine and everything wouldn't have noticed a problem until the eml came on
