Saxo 1.1 02 plate problem

   Hi there , i bought a saxo 1.1 02 plate for my work , i am having problems with it starting, also sometimes after i take the key out the windows will still go up and down , and sometimes the radio holds its memory and then it doesnt start

   Any ideas , i need to turn The ignition on and off a few times so the
   Battery doesnt go flat over night

   get a new battery

   But if i turn the key on and off until the windows dont go up and down the car starts fine the next day

   You need a new battery.

   How come the battery always holds a charge but if i keep turning the
   Key on and off until the windows wont go up and down

   What volts charge does your battery show an hour after no use?
