Welding Queries MOT problems

Basically i failed the MOT and have alot of problem with the car. These are the most expensive and i need some answers.

Offside Rear inner arch Seat belt anchorage prescribed area is excessively corroded (5.2.6)

Nearside Rear inner arch Seat belt anchorage prescribed area is excessively corroded (5.2.6)

Offside (Chassie) vehicle structure has excessive corrosion which adversely affects braking or stering [6.1.A.1]

I will be getting someone to do the welding. Should i take the interior out for him to perform the welding necessary?

Also next question, how would i go about repairing

Brakes inbalanced across and axle [rear] [3.7.A.5B]
As i have been quoted £25-£95 from MOT Garage so wondering whether to do myself

    Any input appreciated

    Thanks

Just try bleeding the brakes, my other halfs car dove left on breaking on the motorway if you needed to jump on them.

Pulled them apart and looked crap, cleaned and greased everything, hoped it would fix it, New pads too.

Still the same. Bled them and boom, imbalance was completely gone. Next stage was new caliper.
