gearbox input shaft bad

   hi im curious to no if anyone can come and rebuild my gearbox for me as i dont want to pay astronomical specialist prices, of course il supply all the bearings and seals and buy you a hefty drink

   probably be cheaper to buy a second hand box for the time being? even a 1.1 box or a VTR (urgh) box as it would get you by. Don't think GTI/VTS boxes are too rare either tbh

   Thanks mate i have thought about it,but whos to say the same thing wont happen to that box...i just dont want the wasted money or risk and would rather get mine done all new bearings and seals just for peace of mind
