Rear Beam Removal Issue

I got my refurbished beam today and I'm trying to take my old one off. I've read as much as I can in regard to it. Some people say it's as easy as four bolts and you don't even need to remove the brake lines. I know how to get the four bolts off but my brake lines loop around the beam so surely I have to remove them? How do you do it without removing the line. I've unbolted the bias from the beam

It would depend on how much their rapped around them.

Post some pictures if you can to show where they are and how much rapped around it if too much you could drop the axel on it and also split the pipes on them if forgetting about them or their fully around it. Best thing id do is what I did removed all the parts from the beam leaving the beam and arms on. Remove disc, un screw pipes with one of the following saved me having to make new ones up and buy another tool.

Remove callipers give them a service if needed and clean discs while you their too might as well have them nice n clean and good.

Also with the 4 bolts you removed I would use something to mark up and have something to use to guide them back though as their self floating and mine where a twat to put back in lol

Cheers. I think I've gotta remove brake line. There isn't any other way. I've got a flared spanners as I've needed them previously. I've gotta rebleed the front anyway so its no problem I guess. It's all very tight under there. Gotta be careful I don't damage the fuel line.

Far easier to disconnect the brake lines and use blankers to stop fluid leaking from the system and change the axel but either way its not just 4 bolts you have caliper bolt plus theres the load sensor brake valve

4 bolts connect the axel to the car but theres a tad more to do than its just 4 bolts

Yeah I thought it would be more involved than that. I've disconnected the brake calipers and was hoping I could get it off without doing the line itself but no such luck.
