Engine swap please help!

    Hi all

    Im looking at buying at VTS engine for my 1.4 saxo

    My ECU is a single plug, and the VTS engine im looking at is also a single play aswell, will it go straight intp my car with out having to change the wiring loom?

    If anyone could help it would be really appreciated

    No you need the single plug vts loom too. And all the immobiliser stuff if you haven't got an unlocked ecu

    You'll need the S loom
    Though not the 1.4 8v one

    You need the single plug 16v engine, single plug 16v loom, a single plug unlocked ecu and a throttle cable ( bike gear cable ) as a bare minimum

    Don't you need a new top hose too? Vtr one is the wrong angle I thought.

    Yeah and that! 99% sure you do need to change that too ! Obviously of the engine has te oil cooler ( some say oil heater/warmer ? ) it deffo needs changing
