Hi I Have a saxo VTS Turbo, with stock rail, iwp069 injectors (500cc) walbro fuel pump, Megasquirt Ecu, the car @6800 rpm is "dry" AFR goes to 22. . . any of you runing a turbo had these type of problem?
Fuel Feed Problem, saxo VTS Turbo

#2You mean fuel starvation?
-
#3Has the problem just started or has it been like it since it was mapped? Your walbro fuel pump might be a fake and unable to flow enough at high rpm - there are a lot of fakes around including the first one I bought!

#4I started since I put the new setup, Turbo, walbro, injectors, and Megasquirt, it was sold by the original, it has all the logos and serial number.

#6could be aa number of things but shouldn't be too hard to find out.
huge dip at 6800 indeed, I also thought about a dodgy pump but you said it's genuine. Your air/fuel mixture could be wrong at that point, as the graph clearly shows ignition doesn't occur properly . It's either a wrong air/fuel ratio (should be 14 to 1) and your sensor is off, thus the ECU makes the wrong corrections and could cause misfiring because it changed the ignition timing, or the spark plugs/coil pack not following (I reckon most likely as I seen before many times).
When was the last time you changed your spark plugs and what sort of air filter do you have in there?. Then I'd say to buy a set of triple grounded NGK plugs on a setup like that, could be your problem.
Try to spray some wd40 on your plugs and coil pack then give it a clean. See if that improves anything.
edit: seems like
yupQuote:the top of the Air Temp sensor is cracked... time to replace. -
#7Post your fuel and ignition tables and I'll look.

#9SOLVED TODAY, the pipe inside the PUMP came off, the car was runing on "fumes" not on Gasoline... now it has to much gasoline in +5500rpm running on 8 AFR
time to send it to the tuner again
