Rear drums to discs?

   Im looking into changing my rear drums to discs, i need to no whats involved.

   The path of least resistance is to change the beam completely for a disc one.

   If get the rear axle with rear discs would it be a good idea to upgrade the bushes too?

   No harm in it, if i was you, I'd re-do the brake pipes, new discs and pads and check the bearings.
   
   Just whilst it's off, makes it easier.

   Depends what your using the car for and if the ones on are gone.
