Changing angle eye lenses

   Hi there, just wondering how to change the lenses for my angle eyes. The inside of one is dirty and I've got a spare, or just need to give it a clean.
   
   There are clips around the outside which I've taken off but it doesn't seem to be moving, is there glue as well, or do I need to use a bit of force. Thanks.

   It must have some kind of glue there to stop water getting in

   That's what I feared, may have to do the whole putting them in the oven, was hoping I wouldn't have to. Anyone else have any and know for sure ?

   Yeah it should be glued. Pop them in the oven on 150 degrees for 5-10 mins and use an old knife to separate. Be careful though because the glue will be very sticky and very hot

   Damn. Exactly what I didn't want, hate doing that just hard to stop getting the glue everywhere.

   Get them out the oven and separate the bits by a few mm, just so the glue goes stringy but not so it breaks, leave it, let it cool down then when its cool just snip the glue with scissors? Saves it going all inside the headlights etc

   I've the same problem mate so let me know how you get on, also how do you get the indicator plug out to change an indicator bulb as either I'm doing it wrong or mines stuck lol

   Just did it, went ok actually, there was less glues than the standard headlights so it was less messy. Although a bit worried that they won't work now cus had to put the rings in the oven as well of course as they're in the inside.. Will update when I fit them tomorrow

   Is it just my angel eyes or are all angel eyes unajustable? when I do the switch to adjust the headlights they don't move an inch, can you adjust them on the back of the headlight? cheers

    If you mean the switch in the car then that's not plugged into the lights so it won't do anything. Pretty sure they're manually adjustable, have a look on the back of the lights

    ahh ill have a look when im next out in it, as long as theres a adjustment on the light, just for the mot cheers

    Haha I'm in the same position! Got my mot this week and only put my angels on the other day.. Really don't wanna have to switch them again.. Having a look at adjusting them today, Will let you know how I get on

    Did mine with a hairdryer, took about 5-10 minutes to get hot enough
