Mufflers??

   Apparently I can buy a Muffler for my saxo which will make it sound louder then it already is?I have no idea what a muffler is though so I was just wondering what one was and where I could get one from.
   At the minute I have a Magnex Cat-Back system & a Magnex De-Cat.

   muffler is your backbox mate i think, so u already got one lol
   
   if im wrong i'll get nailed but im sure bikers use it as a term for their backboxes

   my first was a twin 3.5 peco dtm lol on my astra, was way to big for the car but i liked it

    I'll step in here,
    
    Ive got a Mild Steel Janspeed cat back system which I got of eBay for alittle over £100 from a shop that was shutin down and was clearin its stock.
    
    Its abit quite for my likin and Im seriously finkin of a side exit system.
    
    If I dump the back-box but keep the janspeed centre box, then just have a fabricated pipe goin from the centre box out to one side with a nice tail pipe either below or cut an openin in my offside side skirt then Bobs your uncle :thumbup:
    
    
    
    This is a Saxo Cituing done which run a turbo set up with a modifed 5GTT k-tec race side-exit exhaust. :thumbup:

    Side exit would be for show unless your car was really low and clearance at the rear was tight . and Cituning are shite, or at least their turbo conversion is so i wouldn't be buying exhausts from them. and VTS16vboy how about you step into some English classes- it's fucking THINK NOT FINK

    Why would side exit only be for show?
    
    It would certainly make it louder,
    The exhaust on my pulsar came out of the front bumper, and that certainly was loud.
