MOT

    May be a stupid question but here goes:

    If you had your very own MOT test station, is there a certain time you can MOT your own car or can it be done whenever, whether it's 2 o'clock in the afternoon or 8 o'clock at night?

    Doesn't matter a jot mate,used to know an mot tester who surprisingly never found a fault with his car.

    exactly like mine, but got stopped by the fuzz other day found bracket for battery loose so issued me with a prohibition notice and have to have a full MOT done again (bearing in mind the last owner had it done a month ago), it failed on rear axle trailing arm bearing. but on MOT sheet he done at his garage there wasn't a dicky bird on advisories.
