Air bag light flashing

    So my airbag light sometimes flashes and sometimes is steady? is there a simple fix or trick to get this to stop? would taking the airbag ecu out turn the light off, i should mention I'm currently planning the stripping out of the interior so won't be having a steering wheel with an airbag for much longer..

    If your stripping out the interior then unplug the battery and remove the airbag ecu.which is behind the centre console,then strip out all of it's wiring.
