Important! : Shuddering engine

   So im out and about driving and notice the engine was shuddering a little bit on tick over. so i was driving around 55mph, engine starts to shudder like it holding back. cant put my mind to what the problem is. In need of help guys...

   Faulty coil pack,tbh it could be a number of things.When was it last serviced?Or the fan came on which will cause the engine to shudder briefly.

   Thank you stevo67, it was serviced about 5 months ago, was a full service but i hadnt changed the spark plugs yet. All my mates that work in garages say that the spark plugs need changing. So i have now changed them. the shuddering has now stopped but when i have been driving and come to a stop. the revs bounce. only started getting this sonce changing spark plugs. any ideas?

   It won't be the plugs,try cleaning the idle control valve with some carb cleaner.

   ok i will try this and see if this sorts out the revving problem. its just strange that it does this after changing the plugs you know. Thanks for your help.
