Need help!

   Hello my orginal ecu is locked well i think cause the car wont even crank just a click sound thats it but my friend has a spare ecu that was working fine is it just a case of swapping them over and leaving the immo unpluged and will the car start by leavin the wires not plugged into anything need help im a novice lol

   The car would still turn over with a locked ECU. I think you have a loose battery connection or a seized starter motor.
   
   Does it start via a bump start?

   I've had cars clicking before and it was the starter motor but as said could also be a loose connection

   Well the problems first started with the fuel pump that fekt on me got that changed was turnin over but wouldnt fire up then the starter motor fekt on me got that changed while a was waitin on the starter motor the battery went flat once a got it connected up to my friends car let my batt charge for 20 mins or so the key came up on the dash now its just a click snd just once thats it thats why a think the ecu is locked now if i just unplug the immo and put a different ecu in that works fine would the car start with the wires that plug into the immo just hangn there

   It's not the immobiliser. It's not the ECU.
   
   It sounds 99% like a loose connection on the battery. Tighten up your terminals and try again.
   
   Otherwise, try bump starting it and see what happens.

   Ok chompy will try do that after work and ill get bk to u c if it works because the car worked fine before the fuel pump fekt up cheers m8 hopefuly it starts it doin my head in lol
