C2 vts manifold (benifits?)

    Thinking about getting the c2 vts manifold , what's the pros and cons??

    gotta be some gain from it. citroen wouldn't have wasted the extra money on making it and sticking in on the c2 vts if their were no gains

    I interpreted it as the inlet manifold rather than exhaust.

    As part of the different cams, different cylinder head, different mapping, different throttle body etc, for sure - the (different) vts alloy inlet is no doubt "better". On a standard vts/gti I'd wager it does absolutely nothing on it's own.

    I'd love to be proved wrong though

    Basically the C2 VTR plastic inlet manifold is crap so to make more power Citreon had to make a better one. You cannot run decent aftermarket cams in a C2 VTR as they wont idle due to lack of ability to get air in.

    Theres nothing amazing about the exhaust manifold...
