cam removal

   Hay guys I'm trying to remove a cam shaft from my vtr head is off the car, but don't want to tap it and damage it? Do I need a g clamp to push it out? I have removed the crank also haven't removed the cam seal and rockers are off

   Taken the clamp off under the cam cap on the gearbox side of the head?

   The u shape clamp with the T40 I have removed
