You'll more than likely to be told to search for this type of thing as its been covered lots of times. But basically you want rear wheels off, reae of car on axle stands, disconnect handbrake cable and brake lines which I tend to disconnect via the load sensing valve on the beam itself. Then youll just want to undo the 4 bolts, might want to crack them with a breaker bar. Once the bolts are removed the beam will drop. Theyre usually not too seized youll just want a breaker bar to crack them.

    Did mine last week:

Disconnect the handbrake cables and free them from any clips or zip ties on the axle.
    Remove the exhaust
Disconnect the brake line unions which lead to the bias valve from the master cylinder
Undo the four nyloc nuts, two under the boot floor two under the rear seat
Have a quick check that nothing is attached from the car to the axle
Jack the car up and wheel the axle out as a full unit

A deep reach 18mm or 19mm socket, an extension, 18mm or 19mm spanner, 11mm brake line spanner. Sockets to remove exhaust (whatever size they are).

If you need to remove the heat shield to get at the handbrake for the cables it a 10mm socket and 12mm spanner to back off the cables.
