More axle problems

   Had a new refurbished axle from IM axles put on over a month ago now, it was pre lowered 40mm by them. Day I got it done it sat perfect, just how I wanted it to sit:
   
   
   
   However over the past few weeks the rear has developed a arch gap for some reason, it definitely isn't down 40mm anymore. Picture from tonight:
   
   
   
   Any ideas why?

   It doesn't look much higher? 10mm max? Is it not just the way it's sat or something?

   The gap is pretty big, both pictures its parked on a flat surface, either way it shouldn't have moved!

   my only comment would be your first picture is alotlower than -40mm from std hieght of a saxo --why its moved ??
   you removed alot of gold bars you had in it for the remake of the italian job?
   you removed and buired the fat drug dealer you had in boot ?
   
   2 fingers between front arch and tyre is 40mm lowered
