saxo temp light

   ive got saxo vts and noticed the temp light came on other day but gauge was only half way up ive checked water level that's fine ive checked that the rad is hot at top and bottom so that the thermostat has opned and there isn't any sign of water in the oil car runs fine but this temp light is on all the time any suggestions or has some1 had this problem. thnx in advance

   Happened to me mate check coolant temp sensor green 1 might be easyer to get it on diagnostic see if gives any codes

   It wont have a code if the temp light is on lol

   Mine did when myt temp light was on all the time
