tachometer problem pls help!!!

    I have peugeot 106 mk1 1.0 ECU boch and taken another dashboard contains tachometer. It i connect the ECU pin sixth start the car tachometer arrow goes up to 1000 rmp and pressing the accelerator pedal moves down arrow, and releasing the film shows. where is the problems?

    Hello
    - I has a 106 XN 1.0 that doesnt have a rev counter.
    - I has fitted a new instrument cluster from a "better" 106 that has a rev counter tachometer in ECU pin 6.
    - When he starts the car it idles at 1k rpm. If he presses the accelerator it then drops the revs to zero.
    -Where is the problem?
