My car has a 4 2 1 manifold to a de cat to standard centre section to a basic loudish muffler.. I've replaced all the gaskets, checked all the seals and inspected everything howeverits still blowing and it sounds like the de cat is rattling a bit... strange any ideas what it is?

Where's it blowing from? That'll tell you what needs to be done to fix it...

It sounds like its coming from the front end manifold to decay joint but I've redone it three times and there's no leaks at all..

climb under it whilst it's running and you should feel/see (use a torch - it helps see the exhaust gas) where it's blowing from - if it is

Hold a bit of bog roll around the gaskets, if it's blowing the tissue will flap about.

Generally de-catting makes it sound a bit blowy on low revs, i've found that anyway.

Hold a rag over the exhaust tailpipe with the engine running, any gasses will be forced out of cracks/splits etc.
