front bumper hanging off at the front

   hey all my front bumper is slightly hanging at the front
   
   see it is clipped at the sides but at the front it has a less then 1cm gap but noticeable! i wanna get it so it is at the same height as it should be but where should i attach it and what shall i do best to do so!
   
   p.s i have already been told to tie rap lol
