OP, please calculate your weight on this BMI Chart, also could you please work out the weight of your left leg with %'s of muscle and fat, this will help us diagnose your problem easier and more effectively.

Alternitively, you can assume, either A) Your a fat cunt or B) Your cables have been installed incorrectly.

    hahahaha

In all seriousness, check the arms move freely on the gearbox, and that the linkage rods haven't popped off or are seized / bent.

If that's all fine, sounds like you've just been unlucky!

So the arm the clutch cable bolts to should i be able to push that back a forward by hand with ease or should it be propa hard. Cheers

this is going to spark another debate about how massive you are.

It depends, do you struggle to carry the bags to the car from Asda, or do you moonlight as a trolley jack for Kwik-Fit's HGV department?

    Ha
The arm is very stiff on thevgearbox so thats proply what put strain on new cable an caused it to snap gona just get whole new clutch fitted

The arm should be pretty stiff like, if you'll pardon the expression.

It's possible you just got a shit cable. I'd definitely try another cable before replacing the whole clutch, it's waaaaayyy cheaper.
