:Hi peeps not been on here for a while, I got a problem surprise surprise lol , I do all my own repairs to my vts , had it for 5 years now , just about went to the scrap heap in the sky in June this year when it failed its mot , its an03 by the way ,I just couldn't scrap it so after fitting a recon back axle at £250 and two new wishbones, boom another years not, chuffed to bits , so on to latest problem driving to work I day doing 70 mph as you do , and suddenly a loud whining noise started from what I am sure of is the front drivers side of car, now when I accelerated noise stopped ,took foot off acceleration loud noise started again, very puzzling to say the least , now after 7 miles to work I took corners right and left , and noise seemed to go away on one turn can't remember if it was right or left at moment, but when I went around a roundabout beside my work the whole noise seemed to dissapear, and on coming home from work the 10 miles tonight noise still gone , would really appreciate some assistance , in case it returned tomorrow ,thank in advance .

#2Either a wheel bearing knackered,or worn driveshaft mate.

#3Thanx pal both drive shafts fairly new ,that was my thoughts a wheel bearing , the fact that its coming and going is strange though, cheers again
