Vibration type noise from VTS cam area..VIDEO INCLUDED!

   New Gates timing belt, both tensioners, water pump and have removed cam belt covers.
   
   Cam pulley bolts 59lb/ft torque. Used the whole stevent guide from this forum to the letter.
   
   Please what is this noise!
   
   The noise begins very faintly when the engine temp gets about halfway. Prior to warming up the engine runs perfectly.
   
   The noise increases to what is heard in the video when the engine is fully warmed up.

   Timing belt doesn't appear to be overly tight.
   
   Noise remains if I remove alternator belt so that's nothing to do with it.

   Fixed! The timing belt was a knat's dick too tight. Silent now.
