wishbone vibratechnic rear mount help

   just took my wishbones off my car which are fitted with vibratechnic rear mounts one is solid, one turns pretty easy does this mean 1) it just wasnt pressed on hard enough but is fine to use or 2) its knackered?

   Mine was exactly the same. One was on solid one had some play. All I did it wrapped a single layer of masking tape around the end of the wishbone and then knocked the mount back on over it, made it solid.
