Oil which one?

   Want to know which would be the best for my Rallye 1.6 8v
   
   Got 2 oils in mind
   
   Shell helix ultra 5w40
   
   Or
   
   Mobil super 3000 5w40
   
   Oil filter will be genuine pug
   
   
   Any advice Thanks
