My grandfather turned 80 today, told me I can have his ax as is giving up driving. My immediate thought was vts engine, box, beam/struts, strip out and track. My main question is are there any versions of the ax that don't take to the saxo parts as well as others? It's a 1993 1.0 debut if that helps! Cheers for any input!

I dont want to take away from traffic on here but go to www.axoc.co.uk, thats the ax owners club. Its a tenner for lifetime membership and theres a wealth of ax-specific knowledge on there.

#3Cheers pal, I may well do that, thought of here first as I had membership when I had a Vtr some time ago. I should be ok regarding the conversion, all should just bolt up only problems I might have would be the loom.
