Engine Swap

Hey guys, Iv had my wee mk1 vtr for a while now. Car was my first project that me and a mate worked on. When the car came to in terrible state and i fixed what i could with what knowledge i had at the time. Needless to say everything was fine except the shell. i decided to engine swap her and keep my engine. My issue is my knowledge on engine and what not is 100% but lacks in wiring loom etc. Im trying to put my mk1 vtr engine in a mk2 shell. The shell came complete with engine loom. Do i use my vtr loom and ecu or can i use the vts loom with my engine and ecu. If iv to use the vtr loom, how do i incorporate the abs loom?

By reading that you want to put a MK1 VTR single plugged ECU Engine into a MK2 VTS (probably three plugged ECU) shell.

You'll need to use the VTR wiring loom, ECU (ECU will need to be unlocked unless your going to swap locks) and you'll need to have the engine loom spliced (to go with the three plug interior loom) unless you swap interior looms over.

ABS isn't part of the engine loom.

Yeah thats all making sense. Altho the ABS plugs is running tight with the miam Engine bay loom, it looks to be intertwined within it bt if its seperate then im sweet. The new shell is completly stripped, would i be better figurinig were to splice it for the 3 plug or should i swap interior loom?
