Water leak any advise welcomed

   I got a vtr 99 plate drove it 2 miles home and left if for a few weeks had 3 days of bad rain, I got in and the floor was soaked i checked the sun roof and doors an perfectly dry, I had cracked the window screen so that was replaced and I was told that had nothing to do with it I dried the floor started the engine and turned the heater on and it started to get wet again I have took both front seats out an looked under the dash and the pedals are wet and there was condensation on the steering wheel column what else shall I check after the heater matrix and pipe??

   heater,bypass 15mm copper pipe.
   it will be cold but dry.
