Not sure how to describe this so here goes. I am Driving at normal speed around corners or turning into turns etc. I am now hearing a cling sound when going around corners or turning out or going from one lane to another or even going over something raised like a small curb or when you come to them stupid slow roads with slow down grit that's raised about an inc or 2 from normal level and soon as I go over cling or grind noise.
This is not my saxo but used for example of where and what's going on.

Where I have highlighted in red along the pipe work this is where its scraping and clinging. I have checked the back box and rubber bush things that hold it in place. I have also had the back box re shaped that did cure a lot of it but seems if I push up to where it needs to be it will be hitting the smaller axle bar.
Is this the pipe being out of shape still or back box pipe gone out of shape. Or could this be rear shockers as when I had axle replaced it did not grind or clang about or scrape when turning.
Any advise on what could be wrong here. Thanks in advance.
