Colour change

    Hi I was just wondering, if I got my car sprayed then noted dvla that it had a colour change would it china he it on the log book and say if you searched the reg would it show the new colour ?
    Also will it affect the insurance as if declared change it surely I won't have to declare it?
    Any help please
    Ps Will be a completely different colour not the same

    Ring the insurance company first,and yes if you've informed the dvla a search fo reg will reveal the new colour.you'll be sent an amended log book as well.
