Urgent help needed. No power to Fuse 9

   I have a 2000 model 1.4 VTR. My partner went out in it today without any issues. Just went to go out in it again and it wont start. My fuel pump isnt priming and we have checked all the fuses. They are all ok. Put an electrical tester on it and there is no power going to Fuse 9 under the bonnet. Put the tester on the fuel pump and there is power going only to the fuel gauge. Sometimes, when I flick the ignition on, the engine management light stays on sometimes it doesnt come on at all. Have tried to give as much info as possible. Any ideas please?

   Is it cranking? Check earths first

   As above also check for breaks in any cables etc.

   Finally sorted it out thanks guys. However it was a waste of time cos the headgasket has blown now lol
