The actuator arm is off the wastegate, and When I try move the wastegate myself, it feels like it gets jammed, and then eventually frees and opens all the way, Any ideas on how to fix this?

#2Ok I got my actuator and wastegate moving free, however when I come off the throttle, neither the wastegate or the dv release, I've checked all pipes for boost leaks, is my turbo buggered?
