dashboard problem

   so after putting in a new vtr lump, my rev counter doesnt work, speedo doesnt work, temp gauge doesnt work, and the battery and handbrake light is constantly illuminated?
   ive check all the wiring and i cant see why its not working, everything is plugged in i think.
   what could it be?
   these are the orignal clocks from the 1.1 i didnt think i needed vtr clocks for the conversion.

   vtr ecu that came with the engine

   Try another set of clocks.

   what year was the car you took the engine from
   
   sounds like a crossover in a 3 plug chassis
