vtr axle problems

   I had my mot on saturday past gents and thought i was laughing all the way to pick up my golden ticket after changing all the usual worn out parts (drop links,top mounts,breakpads etc) then the examiner told me the rear axle is w***ed out.
   im just curious as how big a job its going to be to replace the axle on a mk vtr??

   4 bolts i believe then disconnect the brake lines,correct me if i'm wrong peeps.

   It's fairly easy if working on your own a brake pipe spanner, 2 jacks and axle stands are essential.
   Easily done in a day

   Axle to body mounting bolts 85nm
