dynamo/alternator belt squeak fix

   Every time it rains my 106 dynamo/alternator belt squeaks.. any fixes to avoid this squeak ?

   Replace the belt,or spray a bit of wd40 on it or some people use a bit of chalk.sure it is the belt and not the alternator bearings?

   Belt is new, if the reason is bearings wouldn't it make squeak even in dry weather?

   Belt slipping possibly. Try chalk or tightening it a bit more.
