Idling Ruff and Exhaust is puffing at idle (when car is warm)

   Any help is appreciated, the problem is that when my Saxo is warm it starts idling rough and you can feel the car vibrate a little, also noticed that when I was around the back the exhaust was making a puffing sound, I think it links to the rough idle. Also when outside the car it sounds like someone is pressing the accelerator slightly every now and then up and down.
   This all happens at idle and when the car is up to temp. This is also all occurring intermittently.
   I have owned car for three months.
   Previous owner stated that it has had a new starter motor, new battery, new head-gasket and exhaust recently done.
   It has also got a R Power air filter on it, this was on the car before the previous owner I brought it off, roughly 3 years.

   Took it to the garage today and the fuel injector seals where at fault, they had completely corroded and broken down, there was only one decent one. All though I had this repaired it does run a lot better but still the idle needle goes up and down and it can vibrate the car but no way near as much as it use to. Is this something that saxos just normally do every now and then and idle a bit rough because it took it back in and the mechanic said it was fine. No code popped up on the diagnostic test as well.
