Exhaust puff on startup and longer..

    Alright lads,

At risk of sounding like a massive TWAT again, but this is something I think about when I'm stuck in traffic

Basically, because it's colder now, when I start my car etc you see all the white shite puffing out from the back don't you. I quite enjoy seeing it tbh going off down the road thinking I'm some kind of steam train.

Anyway, sometimes... even when my cars engine temp is warmed up and fine, I still see the puff coming out the back, mainly on idle in traffic. If I rev, it disappears, and when back to idle out it comes again..

Is this because of the temperature outside, or is my headgasket fucked / on it's way?

Thing is, I noticed it last year too haha..

Can anyone clarify my retardedness? Cheers.

Headgasket is 100% fucked, nothing to do with temperature outside.......

Thanks for the info. I'm calling my Dad about it now, he knows a good mechanic I think.
