Revving to 3k rpm by it's self!

Been having a few problems, currently running a predator ecu, now I fit a brand new icv, and it revs it's bollocks off to 3k rpm by it's self, with my current icv, it won't idle unless I keep on the throttle, until it's warm, but I had to open the throttle slightly with the cable to keep it from cutting out.

    Any ideas?

Have you tried switching the ignition on and off 6 times without starting the car?

Nope, will give it a go tomorrow
Also going to try look for vaccum leaks around the inlet/tb
check the map sensor and tps

I've also been told megasquirt ecus can mess with the icv, causing the polarity to be in reverse, hence sending the icv crazy, which would explain why it happens when I fit a new icv, ( as the one I have fitted at the moment has been manually wound out )

Ok update, I've changed the polarity of the icv, fitted the NEW icv, revved it's bollocks off to 3k rpm, fitted another untouched icv, it now holds the revs on cold start which is win, but idles at 1500 rpm, which is better than 3k rpm!!

Intake pipe off, with it started, then hand over the tb kills the engine, also had the vacuum pipes off then had a finger over the hole to see if I have a vacuum leak, but still idles high.

What are the chances of a leak between the manifold and the ports?
