Bang on drivers side on full lock?

   Hi, me again
   
   I was parking my car and noticed some weird loud bang when I turned my wheel to full look and it was on the drivers side.
   
   Does anyone know what this is? It's only a single bang/noise.
   
   Also, does anyone know how much this would cost to fix in a garage?
   
   Typical the problems happen near Christmas

   Driveshaft needing replacement makes a loud clonk,failing that the top mount on the front strut.
