Using an A Frame without hitting the oil sump?

   Currently stuck out in the middle of nowhere so would appreciate some help on this.
   
   We're trying to use an A Frame to tow my injured car home, but wherever we attach the A Frame on the wishbones it ends up being right on the oil sump, and lifts the engine.
   
   Anyone have any ideas?
