Selling the saxo soon but there a few problems wondering if they're worth fixing

Ok after xmas i will have my new car and the saxo will go up for sale, I might have a buyer for it already for £800 the car has a few problems have came up just wondering what exactly they are and are they worth fixing for the new owner?

1st one is when starting to straighten the wheels up from full lock to the left there's a really loud screaming noise (sounds like a cat getting squashed) coming from the power steering pump and when turning left really slowly its clunks very rarely.

2nd one when its cold outside and the car has just been started it's really hard to get into 1st gear like there's a wall blocking it and 2nd can sometimes be a struggle.

3rd Has just started a few days ago, Wheels lock up under gentle breaking

Top up pas fluid, if that don't sort it it needs a new pump.

    Gearbox flush for gearbox.

    What's the pads like?
